Ms. Andrea Vail does a superb job of organizing annual (almost:) cooking days for a few of us ambitious mothers! This years cooking day was Feb. 14--and we almost have things down to a science. Four cooks in the kitchen on a Saturday--for a little over 6 hours--and we each took home 11 freezer meals! Now...that's cooking!! And the further beauty of it all? We all still love each other-- a lot! We are truly the four musketeers!:)

A very critical time......!
A very critical time......!We broke out the white wine for the cream of chicken and wild rice soup...and realized we didn't have a cork opener (whatever those things are called:)!! So we put our brains together. First Andrea got a large screw (and screwed it into the cork of course:), then she got a very large glove out of Rob's shop......
