10 Days Away....

The kids and I just returned from a last-minute trip to Oregon--to spend some time with family, and of course meet little Emily! Here are some photos from those days:

Well, onto more serious things......

like....helping grandma's back!...

We only paid a stylist $65 to do this! Wasn't it worth it?!

And, last but not least, an unassuming proud auntie left being labeled "the paparazzi!" Not sure that's a compliment...:( But I was asked for copies of all my pictures!:) Here are (only some of:) the results....

For any who are interested--Emily's doing surprisingly well. Home from the hospital, released from all the tubes and monitors (except for the bilirubin light at times), it seems her only concern is enjoying her pleasant life...:) (enjoy the "pampering" all you can, while you can, little missy....it will be over all too soon!)

And our trip ended with Kiera enjoying the bright lights of Chicago...from a "bird's eye" (airplane window) view....
